looking for suitable land for Organic farming

I wish to become a farmer. Can I buy a Agricultural land any where in India? I need legal advice.

Technically only farmers can buy farm/agri land, rules in each state are very different , some states u hv to be a local.But every where u need a farmer cert to buy, some developers will get u a farmers cert.I suggest u 1st buy 1 acre from a developer who assures u of a cert and then buy a larger land as u require.All the best.Welcome to Farmers community.Let the tribe grow
