Organic Farming in India

I am from Gujarat. I am thinking to set up an organic farming. I would like to know each and every detail about it. I want to grow fruits and vegetables. What is the procedure to start an organic farming? How do you see it as future? How much time it takes to grow one fruit? I would like to know the price structure and basic model of it. Organic farming is the form of agriculture that relies on techniques such as crop rotation, green manure, compost and biological pest control to maintain soil productivity and control pests on a farm. Organic farming uses fertilizers and pesticides but excludes or strictly limits the use of manufactured(synthetic) fertilizers, pesticides (which include herbicides, insecticides and fungicides), plant growth regulators such as hormones, livestock antibiotics, food additives, and genetically modified organisms.

You can grow all fruits and veegetables under organic farming.
