Obtaining a Farmer Certificate

Hi,

I am not a farmer by profession but would like to take up basic farming activity by purchasing agricultural land in Maharashtra.

I'm given to understand that to purchase agricultural land, one needs to have a farmer certificate.

How can I obtain one?

Hello,

If you are small farmers nobody will take objection.

It is the matter handled by revenue dept. and can be solved without any problem.

Nothing to worry about.

I had discussed this problem with the Maharashtra Govt officials, from Agriculture dept.
