Not able to get the submersible motor and pump out from borewell

Hi,

In one of my borewells, motor and pump are stuck and we are not able to take them out. We have fibre/plastic pipes (Not GI pipes) and we cannot put a lot of pressure to pull it out since the chances of breaking the plastic pipe is very high. Want to know if there is any idea on how to get it out. Anyone who knows some service provider please help.

Whats the diameter of the well? Also, did the cable / rope break and fall on top of the motor? If the well is a good yielding well, you might have to make a decision to use a compressor cutter / grinder in order to fragment the pipe / pump and blow out the particles !!
