Dear Consultants / Farmers / Agriculture Experts,
I have 33 acre land near Aanaikuttam, Sivakasi -TAMILNADU. Presently we are cultivating Mango, Sappotta, Goospery, Mathulai and some Teak plantation by 6” bore water with free power supply.
Actually I purchased this land to set up a Cracker / Fireworks business. Due to much interest in agriculture I don’t want to set up any business on my land. I felt shame to convert my land from green to brown field. I won’t get back if i convert.
Now my Aim is to develop the following on my land by using trip irrigation.
1. Soil development to suit require cultivation
2. Horticulture (Trees, Fruits and Vegetables)
3. Livestock, Fisheries and poultry firms
4. Green shed cultivation
5. Bio gas plants
6. Natural fertilizer & organic farming.
I need BOT (Build, Operate and Transfer) based projects. I can bear the initial investment. we must utilize Government schemes like Trip irrigation, loans with subsidies. Additional information is I am an NRI belonging to Scheduled caste.
Free site visit will arrange from Sivakasi / Anaikuttam to site on the specified dates to familiarize the site condition.
