The main objects to be pursued by the Company on its Incorporation are:
A . To carry on the business of High-Tech Integrated agricultural farming more specifically the cultivation and management practices of all types of vegetables , fruits, Herbal plants, Flowers, Spices and Plantation crops and to adopt the best methods and technologies for making such farming successful and to market, deal, distribute, import and export the products as such or after further processing and also to deal about post harvest technologies, packing technologies and value addition and to provide all suitable and viable as decided time to time and to do the proper farming management concept based on observing and responding to intra-field variations and climate.
. The other objects of the company not included in (A) and (B) above are:
1. To carry on the business of setting up and run all Tourism related activities such as Health Tourism, Eco Tourism, Farm Tourism Educational tourism and all other mode and to provide all value added services to clients.
2. Manage the business of Dairy Farm , Poultry farms including Goat & Buffalos farms and sale of related products & by-products.
3. To do business of running Allopathic, Homoeopathic & Ayurvedic hospitals and other health care initiatives such as Ayurvedic Massage centre including related products and services.
4.To carry on the business of generation and distribution of power using bio based raw materials and in other modes.
5.To carry on the business of computer software and hardware related sales and services.
6.To carry on the business of setting up and run Hotels, Inn, resorts, and all other hospitality related business.
7.To carry on the business of setting up and run all types of educational institutions and to provide all value added services to students.
8. Contract farming for Agricultural Crops Production, packing & Marketing Management, Complete farm Management including a research centre for Nursery, Tissue Culture, Plantation, Irrigation, Soil & Water Quality Management all types Organic & Integrated Farming.
9 .To carry on the business of real estate, land development, construction of all types of building and other structures in its own land or on contract basis for others and also carry on the business of agents, brokers, all types of Consultancy services and other intermediaries of all types of consumer products
10.To import, export, purchase, sell, or otherwise deal in machinery, plant and agricultural tools and equipments
11.To carry on the business of Bio fuel Manufacturing , bottling and Biomass briquetting
12. Production , bottling and sale of high quality polarized mineral water
