mount valley dairy farm

Hi Friends,
I have been a regular visitor on this site as i was gathering information about starting a dairy farm. Finally the stage has come when we have almost finalized everything and starting farm by April-2018.
The farm will be set up in Abu Road (Rajashthan) on the foothills of Mount Abu.
1) I am starting farm on 1.25 acre piece of land.
2) 70% of the land will be used for Green fodder cultivation.
3) for Green fodder, we have chosen to go with CO4 (Napier Grass).
4) on remaining 30% Land we will have Cow Shed, Utility cum storage Room, Bio Gas Plant (Still under Consideration), Bore Well and Hydroponic Plant
5) The Cow shed will have a capacity of 20 Cows. however, to begin with we will have 10 Cows and then increase gradually.
I need some guidance on the following points.
1) from where should i buy Cow. To control the transportation cost i am planning to buy from Guj/Rajasthan or Haryana but i do not have any trustful supplier. I am looking for HF Cows with milking capacity of 20+ Ltrs
2) Do i need to have a milk cooler in starting, if not where/how should i store the milk in the evening?
