Need suggestions on fertilizers dosage/acer for cardamom plantation. Like boron,mg,zn etc

I have 3 acres of cardamom plantation. I would like to know how much amount of fertilizers are needed to be put.
Like boron,zn,mgso4 etc.
Please help me. Thank you
