Need suggestions for fully automated layered poultry

I am in process of setting up a fully automated layer (egg) poultry form in Uttaranchal of 10000 birds

My query are

What should be a optimum size for fully automated layer poultry, does 10000 birds make sense ?

What is the cost of setting it up

What would be an annual running cost

Approximately how much time would we get the break even
