Need suggestion on plantation on a small piece of land

We have small vacant plot in a village that used to be part of crop field. It receives sufficient rainfall and annual temperature varies from 15 degrees - 35 degrees.

What will be best plantation for such a land? I am interested in trees that will require minimal maintenance and can produce high value wood.
