Glad to know that you all are intrested in cultivating quinoa in India. People who had already in the process of cultivation, or who ever had cultivated already, did any one of you encountered any challenges in Selling the product ? does all of you already have buyers or looked at the buyers list? Can any one please tell this forum what is the current market price for cultivated Quinoa. (Approximate rate is OK) Does any one in Andhra has processing Unit? Are you selling processed seed or just as it is seed after production. Who ever sold quinoa seeds in bulk in Andhra, please contact me agrihortifarmer@gmail.com. We have Quinoa seeds from organically grown crop and we can spare a portion of the crop for sale to prospective farmers in India in different states for multiplication of the crop and to create the benefits of consuming quinoa. If you are trying to grow the crop in 1.5 acres of dry land / rain dependent field, then you can go ahead. This plant is drought resistant. You need just 1 kg. of seed for the purpose.
