Need know some details about fish farming

Can you anyone help me out on finding the details about fish farming.

I have a artifically created pond for about half acres and filled in water. as of now there were around 1000k fishes there..

Just need to know if there is any subsiy for current supply and from i can get to know best practises.. My farm is located near by Erode , Tamilnadu...
