Need inputs for Natural farming

Hi all,

I am Nagendra Kumar, working in a software firm.. myself and my friends are very much interested in getting into farming..

We are going to take 2 acres of land in Hosur and planning to cultivate exotic vegetables using Zero Budget Natural farming methodology...

Dear experts.. need your inputs on the kind of vegetables which we can grow in Hosur...

to get valuable inputs on natural farming join "fukuoka_farming" group of yahoo, there you will find 'Raju Titus', 'p k nandan' etc they can provide you valuable inputs on "Zero Budget Farming", also get books from Shri Palekar jee, I have these books and these contain very good information...
all vagitables/crops can be taken using 'natural farming' to know what exactly can be grown in your feilds talk with local farmers they will tell you vegitables for your climate....

Hosur area vegetables

Hosur area is having an altitude of aroud 900m from the sea level the temperature is 4- 5 degrees less than that is prevailing in the plains. people here growing so many vegetables, flowers here. Common vegetables here are cabbage, Carrot, potato, ridge guard, cucumber, lady,s finger, Cow pea, beans, brinjall, drumstick, cauliflower etc. It is a nice place. you should have sufficient water, you get farm yard manure / oil cakes etc and get good yield.
