Need guidance to start-up poultry farm and loan

I am interested to run a poultry farm with 5000 chickens so what is the process to start the small business suggest me in detail about scheme, loan and field construction,

how do i get subsidy and what r the procedures and to whom I have to send the papers and what I have send so please guide me.
