need to start a cattle farming ( cows&buffaloes ) in Karnataka , i need to know the precautionary measures and what are the government intensives ( subsidies ) that i can get as a farmer . what are my requirements . i'm thinking to start with 20-25 cattle . i have my own land and water facility .i need to know what will be budget for this ? maintaining charges for this .
