Need details about Avocado cultivation ???

I'm having 5 acres land near by Erode. Can anyone help me out on whether Avocado Cultivation is possible over here...
Water Availability - Normal(Bit dry during a span of 3 months)
Soil - Red Soil

I just need to know about the cultivation process, marketing and availability of the seed.
Any suggestion would be helpful ...

Dear sir,
U can cultivate its not a problem and it is propogated through seedlings will be available in nursery, but it is not a populr fruit in local as it is intruduced one so think of selling as it is tree crop later u wont be having an option.
