Is constructing a cold storage in Andhra Pradesh a profitable business on existing rice mill.?my location is near Vijayawada -Machilipatnam.
I am software engineer, i am planning to go back agriculture based industry.
can some one help me suggest for a size of building is 90 ft length 60 ft width.

Had exciting three phase power line. if it solar based power is cheaper ,please suggest the details.
what commodities are profitable to build chambers.
my areas farming commodities are rice, fish, shrimp , vegetables.
