Milk testing

Hi, I have my own dairy farm in Delhi and plan to now procure milk to increase my scale. Can anyone guide me what basic tests needs to be followed and what equipments needs to be purchased to ensure I do not procure contaminated milk. Also I would like to understand how to check if old milk is being sold to me and any equipments to identify that ?
