can anyone tell me for how many days can we keep milk fresh in milk chillers.this milk is freshly collected without pasturization.is the life cycle same for cow and buffalo milk.by keeping in chillers is there any change in the fat content.

Buffalo are the second largest source of milk supply in the world

Buffalo milk contains higher total solids than cow milk, which makes it thicker. Buffalo milk has 100% more fat content than cow's milk, which makes it creamier and thicker. Buffalo milk can produce thick and creamy dairy products like traditional like khoa, dahi, paneer, kheer, payasam, malai, kulfi and ghee. Chilling will not affect the fat percentage. I think it can be kept in chiller's for a day if left undisturbed.
