we have 300 acres near Hyderabad, Telangana (80 KM's from Hyderabad) of land and looking for some one who can use the land and forming. apart from farming, any other ideas to utilize the land are welcome.

What type of plantation/crops you are growing on the Land ? Type of Soil, What about ground water level & irrigation process ?
You can use your Land in various ways Like Dairy Farming, Honey Bee keeping & poultry etc.
