Sandalwood cultivation

Hi reddy Garu,

The sandalwood cultivation is familier recently i.e within 3 to 4 years among all farmers.S i think its very difficult to find out a sandalwood farm hold by a private person or farmers.Because everybody wants to become a sandalwood farmers recently.we also doing the sandalwood propagation past four years by supplying the sandalwood seedlings in single to double digit to the farmers.So you gohead for sandalwood cultivation in good manner adopting with bucca fencing like solar , barbared iron fencing in double layers and keeping watch dogs.Here i want to uploading some photos of sandalwood tree plants availiable in my nursery in jumbo polybags (age of the plants will be 2 years approximately) for your ready reference.

The IIWS Bangalore rendered good service to sandalwood growers.They also provide the training programme in sandalwood cultivation like siviculture,morphology of the sandal,soil condition and allied subject.In Bangalore IIWS also having nursery yard for production of sandal seedlings to distrubute the farmers.
