I'm on the search for 20 to 25 acres of land in Tamil Nadu to start integrated organic farm.
The price per acre shall not be more than 3.5 L, also lease will be considered for 25 years minimum period.

If someone is looking to sell good virgin land with water, electricity, road access and clear papers, please direct message.

Land close to Kerala will be preferred, I have already see some land in Madurai and Tirunelveli however still on the search.

I don't know somebody called me and had a long discussion from kerala. He also visited few properties in madurai etc.,

I suggested near salem is good option for him, reason multiple train from salem to ketala also fourway road. So salem area is best for him.

I have 23 acrs price 3 lac per acr, rich red soil, sound ground water.
