I want to know agricultural land value in semapudhur, near edayapuram Tuticorin District, Tamil Nadu,
Kindly please let me know. Thanks
 

It is around 60,000/- (sixty thousand per acre) with road. No water , no electricity & only black soil. Visited this place to buy some agriculture land but did not buy as this area may not be suitable for agriculture. All the areas are rain fed & grow only maize during the rainy season.

I m looking for land along costal area with sea facing in Tuticorin district, do you know the land value for a land like that?
