Dear Organic stakeholders ,
Firstly thanks for the good response being received from you for this year's trade fair (Biofach India - India Organic). In the last month we have seen increasing interest in participation as exhibitors and also as trade visitors.
It is my pleasure to inform briefly of the following developments:-
1. International Buyers delegation: ICCOA has this year specially supported inviting a delegation of leading buyers. In fact the effort is to ensure that good buyers of different product ranges are present, e.g. Buyers of spices, coffee/tea, cotton, fruits/vegetables (fresh/processed) and commodities. We are directly inviting over 16 international buyers to be present at the fair, plus many others who are already coming on their own.
2. Country Pavilion from Germany: For the first time there is an official country pavilion from Germany, with participation of a delegation from Germany among the leading markets for organic products..
3. Organic Food Courts/Restaurants (multiple?): Again for the first time the fair is receiving interests for multiple organic food courts ! Already three companies are in talks with organizers for setting up organic food court and two of them are Organic restaurants doing business in Bangalore. This is a good indicator to growing interests in the organic food and catering sector.
4. State Pavilions: In the State pavilions section we have till now confirmed pavilions from Karnataka (Co-organizer with the biggest pavilion), Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Sikkim, Nagaland, Kerala. Ddiscussions are on with many other states.
Seeing the growing response to this year's fair, ICCOA has developed some special packages of "Partner status" for convenience and more value to our exhibitors . Post our meeting with Nuremberg Messe and IGCC, we have finalised these special packages in three categories . In these ICCOA offers a host of benefits like -
1. Space
2. Accomodation at Bangalore,
3. Local conveyance and other hospitality
4. Branding/visibility benefits AND
5. Also an offer to arrange travel etc to Nuremberg fair in Feb 2012.
Please see attached three such Partner packages. We can alter these to some extent to suit your requirements. Please let me know and we can discuss further . Please expedite your confirmation as Exhibitors or Partners to ensure that you get a good location.
