Hi,

Recently One of my relative who want to sell 50 Acres of agriculture land. Per acre will cost around 2 Lakhs. SInce this relative is very close I can close the deal with out any complexity. Thsi land has 4 wells equiped with Pumpset electricity etc.

I am planning to sell some of my assets (gold, and house) etc and I can fetch approx Rupees 30 lakhs.


Is there any finance or loan I can get for remaining amount? If so where are the sources and what will be the interest charges?

Any form of inputs will be appreciated. Thanks

personal loan is one option.

It is possible to get personal loan from any bank. The interest rate for this would be in the range of 14-16 %. If you are employed, then based on the salary your loan amount will be fixed.

Thanks for the offer to buy land in MP but I prefer to buy land in my place.

here are some reasons.

1. There is no confusion regarding the title.
2. I have full control - no cheating-no bluffing etc as I know the land past 30+ years he owns it
3. getting local labour is easy
4. i can speak local language

I am looking for low interest rate loan not personal loan where interest rate is very high.
