How to use 700 Square Yards to the best

Hi, I recently purchased 700 Sq.Yrds of land recently. Previously the land was used for paddy cultivation. Even now it is surrounded by paddy fields. I have a bore in the plot. I was thinking of growing mushroom but marketing is a big concern. I am a working individual and may not spend too much time on finding a seller. Kindly help.

Where is your land located sir?? If its near the cities then you can target hotels, retail stores etc. IF not then grow mushrooms only with an buyback arrangement
