How to set up NGO

Hi All,
We are 5 agricultural graduates and would like to start a NGO for conservation of soil and water which are the most important components in agriculture and are currently in threat due to agriculture intensification and transition to urban lands and many many other factors.
We dont have any idea on necessary steps to establish an NGO. Please provide information...It would be a great help.

Starting NGO is not at all a problem. But what is your aim and idea. Are you having sufficient amount for 3 yeras running a NGO wihtout any body support?
