How to avoid yellowing of leaves,control pests and achieve green pods in Drumstick cultivation

Hi Greetings to all,
I am Ganesh a very new member on this forum.I have a Drumstick cultivation on 12 acres farm at Kalavai near Arcot where I have planted MR.Alagarsamy's Drumstick 1400 in nos two each in a pit.This was don in feb 2016.The growth was ok but the leaves were more of yellow colour the first flowering took placeduring december 2016 but the pods conversion were very less ,the pod yield was npt green it was more of blackish and brownish.
Now after a gap of 4 months the flowering has started but the converting pods are black and brown in colour. The leaves are also more of yellowish green colour.i will highly appreciate if the experts in this forum with their experience kindly guide me to overcome the obstacles and get green colour pod yield.Look forward to favourable replies
