Position: Farm Manager
Location: Near Chamarajanagar, Karnataka (Approx. 1 hour drive from Mysore, close to Jyothigowdanapura village 571117)

About Us:
Aranyak farm is dedicated to building an integrated, farming model and agri-tourism projects. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Farm Manager to join our team and lead our 100 acres farm operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Crop Management: Oversee planting schedules, crop rotation, nutrition, and health.
Irrigation Management: Manage irrigation schedules, equipment, and pipeline maintenance.
Animal Husbandry: Manage caretaking of working bulls, cows, farm dogs, and a variety of native farm birds.
Account & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate digital records of farming activities and financial transactions.
Financial Management: Monitor financial performance, budget planning, and generate reports.
Personnel Management: Hire, train, and supervise farm staff, ensuring a cohesive and efficient workforce.
️ Inventory & Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of machinery, tools, and farm infrastructure.
⚠ Risk Management: Implement emergency response plans and manage risks.
Future Expectations:
Build community relations and professional networks.
Stay updated with advancements in agricultural technology.
Develop strategic plans for sustainable farming.
Conduct market analysis and develop sales strategies.
Manage content creation for educational purposes and conduct field tours.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of practical experience in farming practices (Horticulture, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry).
Keen interest in natural/organic farming.
Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, Word).
Ability to communicate in Kannada (other languages are a bonus).
Valid 2-wheeler & 4-wheeler driver’s license.
