We have ancestral farm land in Goa. The agri land should have been divided into 5 equal shares (among 5 siblings, my father being one of them). However the 4 shares (80%) of the said farm land was sold to a broker without dividing the property and without or knowledge. We have filed a case in the court against the same and are ready to pay the broker the amount he paid to buy the 80% of the farm land.
I need to know on this forum, is it possible for us to cultivate the farm land until then????....Can we built a farm house on the said farm land???....
Cultivation is impossible unless we stay there as the cattle and locals in the neighborhood destroy the crop.
Please advice....
