Help Required - Farming

I have two acer land about 40kn from Bangalore towards Malur. I am very interested in farming, but everyone is taking us for a ride, because we know nothing about farming. We have two people to take care of the land.
We have just put 65 mango samplings last June with 35 feed distance between two saplings. I want to do right farming pls help. also these two helper are grwoing vegatables and sell them. I do not get even a single paise from this.
Request someone would help me and guide me.
Also I want to do drip irrigation, need info on subsidy...
