I am cultivating turmeric on 1.5 acres of land in Chamarajanagar. Unfortunately, due to the recent heavy rains, there is an excess of water in my fields, and I am facing root rot issues. The waterlogging is causing the turmeric roots to die, and I’m worried about losing the crop.
Has anyone else experienced this issue before? What are some effective ways to drain excess water from the field or prevent further damage? Any tips on dealing with root rot in turmeric would also be greatly appreciated!
