Guidance on Agro based processing unit project

I own a fertile land of 10 acres in Indore (MP), and I want to come with some high profit agro based food processing unit. I can produce the same on my land and process at the same place.
Plz guide me on -
1. What to grow, considering climate here?
2. Whether to go for Organic practice or not?
3. Break even
4. Existing and future demand and the market?
5. Plant erection, executing the process with practical training.
6. Input cost, and other factors.
7. Subsidies and tax deduction factors.
