Guidance needed - NRI trying agri remotely

Hi,

I am new to this website and to agriculture. I am in US and recently I bought 4 acres of land in my ancestor's village (near Arani, Tamil nadu)

Water level is not good there and I am not getting any labors too (got one relative working for 4000 rs per month to supervise, but he is not of much help)

I already spent quite bit of money to dig well without much success.

Any suggestions or proposals on what can be done in this area ? or any other professional help ?

Hi Gopi,

Where is it located. is it in a Posh area or remote place. Do you still get water in the well? if so what is the yield.
