In addition to napier grass, you may required to have another 2 or three verities of grass. 2ndly you should also have legumines crops. Finally it is alway better to have multipurpose crops like fodder with timber crops for double profits.
You can also have additional income apart from dairy activity without much efforts than dairy activity.
