Grafting a Mango Tree

Hello,

I have a 3 year old Mango tree grown from seed and is now about 4 feet tall.
Is it too late to graft it? It's a salem mango and while I am not 100% sure it's either a banganapalli or malgoa.

Would appreciate any advice.
