Government Subsisides for Agri Machinery

I am from Tamilnadu and planning to start a goat farming. I would like to know, whether tamilnadu govt. is providing subsidies for machinery like Chaff cutter, Crop cutter etc. If so then what is the procedure for getting the subsidies.

Any assistance on this will really helpful.

Distribution of chaff Cutter
- 50% subsidy or Rs.10,000/- each whichever less
All farmers who undertake the cultivation of Oilpalm in the identified districts of
Nagapattinam, Thiruvarur, Thanjavur, Trichy, Karur, Perambalur, Cuddalore and
Villupuram where the cultivation of Oilpalm is taken up.

Providing Agrl. Machineries like Power tiller, Cultivator, Disc Plough, Sugarcane Planter,
Power Thrasher, fertiliser -cum - seed drill etc, @ 25% subsidy
