Dear sir,
We are looking lands for energy crops (used for biomass fuels) on the following
a) Benefit Sharing: if good irrigation facility its 40% (land owner) and 60% (Developer) if there no Irrigation facility is 30%(land owner) and 70% (developer). All the development expenses will be done by the developer and profit will be shared in the above ratio
b) Land lease : the land will be leased for fixed amount per year depending up on land and water availability
c) Contract Farming We will give the seedling at agreed cost and will tell the know how and sign the agreement for buy back with indicative cost and assure complete purchase.
