gerbrea cultivation - green house

Hi,
I, am Shiv Narayan from Orissa, I, am interested in cultivation of Gerbera in a Greenhouse, the area am looking is for 1 hectare out of which I am planning to construct a greenhouse(medium type - durability about 10 yrs) of one acre and planting teakwood on the perimeter. Following to the above and since I have no experience in this field, request you to kindly advise me on the following:
- What will be the cost of acquiring a land of 1 hectare near Bhubaneswar/Berhampur.
- What will be the cost for constructing a greenhouse of 1 acre.
- Are there any subsidies available from govt. to construct a greenhouse.
- Where can i get training on Gerbera cultivation. If high yield already rooted plants available then from where can i source
- What is the avg. time for a teak plant to mature and how much revenue does one tree generate. From where can I avail better plants which grows faster and taller with less branching.

I, also intend to grow mushroom on some of the free space, so would also require your advise best practices and training available for the said region.

You can approach the forestry department to get teakwood saplings. YOu can grow mushrooms aswell but be careful about the hygiene.
