Hi Everybody,
Have approx 5 acres of fertile land with free power and good water source on yearly lease basis, and not on 5 year or long period lease agreement, as its dangerous for the farmer. Crops being culivated are paddy / sunflower/ sugarcane / vegetables etc. Lease amount is 6 K an acre per year.
Another 6 acre land with free power, water from this source will be available for 9 months in a year, is ready for lease, land excellent for all types of culitvation from Paddy to vegetables or small grains accoding to season, labour is not a problem in this area. The supply of water will be two days for the leasor and one day for the lesee, who is the fourth owner of an 8 acre property.The location is Mandiakulampatti village which is about 40 kms from Tiruvanamalai towards Harur / Salem Lease amount is 5 K an acre per year negotiable
My service fee will be 2 K an acre, payable once you enter into agreement with the owner. Interested send Pm or contact me within Tamilnadu.
