Our Company has purchased 450 acres of land and has developed plantation in 300 acres. Apart from this Our Company has developed 150 acres of biomass plantation under contract farming. The market value of land at present is around Rs. 15.00Cr. If we add the IP Value,development, infrastructure, biomass available, nursery, etc then the valuation of company will be around Rs. 25.00Cr.
Currently Our Company has issued 24,32,250 shares and has share capital (not allotted) for around 1,00,000 shares. If we consider total share outstanding as 25,32,250 and a conservative valuation of Rs.25.00Cr, then present value of shares come to around Rs. 100/- per share.
Currently Our Company is asking for Rs. 50/- per share from individual share holders. The reason being all the share holders are either first circle friends or relatives. Also Our Company wants to pass on the benefit of higher returns to the small investors who are with the company during initial stage.
Our Company is now approaching large investors for setting up 10MW power station. Once the power station funding will be done the valuation of company will multiple. Current investors will get huge returns. We are expecting a conservative valuation of Rs. 350/- per share in next 4 to 5 years.
Thus if investor invest now at Rs.50/- per share he can expect Rs. 350/- per share as valuation in 4 to 5 years giving annual compounded growth of 60%.
