Hii

Iniially you have to decide if you are maintaining the crop in the pot or you want to transfer it to the ground.Eucalyptus are very sensitive to root damage and restriction. They should be planted immediately after purchase.

Staking is a very important operation if you are planting in a windy location.Eucalyptus require relatively little care after planting. Mulch th eplants to conserve water. The usual method is to allow the eucalyptus to establish and grow in the ground for 2 - 3 years, then cut it back hard to within a foot or two of ground level. It will then produce a lot of attractive new growth at once which can be harvested and treated a few months later.
