Dear sir,


i am planning to buy agri land in kadapa(andhra pradesh) for eucalyptus plantation, can some one let us know will eucalyptus will grow good in kadapa district (near by villages of kadapa own) if yes then should i go for clones or a natural one....as i heard that clones are prone to diseases and the natural ones are resistant to diseases

please let us know if i have some other options other than eucalyptus in kadapa area

Hello Sir,
You can grow eucalyptus, but the underground water table will get completely exhausted and next you will not be able to grow any other crops in that area. What is the type of soil?? Presuming it is red soil, you can even cultivate Melia dubia and /or Teak.

i have read about melia dubia the yield period is 7 years, but i looking for returns in 3 -4 years maximum so i thought of eucalyptus plantation and as per reviews eucalyptus has more demand than melia dubia, can some one please suggest the right option

in some sites i saw that the underground water table problem will come if we go for eucalyptus clones, there will be no problem if we go for natural eucalyptus

the type of land is either red or black soil
