If you plant Papapya at 6 ft. spacing and get 40 kg. per tree you can earn around 7 lacs.If you produce Papin also one can earn another 3 lacs per year.

If you plant Amarpali Mango at 12ft. spacing and if one tree gives 50 kg per year you can earn Rs. 3 lacs.In between you can grow vegetables which will give additional one lac or so.

Hi Ramasamy

We are planning to purchase land in sivaganga. It is red soil and has good water table.

But there is no well or bore. We have to arrange bore.

Please let me know the cost for bore and what crop can make good money per acre.

Actually you are choosing good place and good soil texture and making bore well may be cost around 25000/ to 30000/ rupees only per bore well. Sir you may contact Rig contractors arond your area for making bore well. You can start to cultivate horticulture crop [all type of fruits ex mango, sapota, ext.organic vegetable crop also you can try to cultivate bcoz profit will be tripple.
