You can grow different types of millets like ragi, foxtail millet etc. Groundnuts are another option. These millets can be grown under rainfed conditions. For marketing you will have to sell directly to retailers rather than to middlemen if you wish to make a small profit.

Bhoojalshree was established in 1990 specially for Groundwater Survey, as an independent Indian consultancy firm, specialized in hydrology, hydrogeological and geophysical studies, water resources assessment, rural water supply, drilling contract management and, in environmental audit and impact.
Since its inception Bhoojalshree has carried out over 5000 contracts for numerous clients, including the private, corporate, government and voluntary sectors. In its field of specialization, Bhoojalshree is the leading consultancy firm in the Gujarat and Maharashtra region and their adjoining states. measured by its staff, its equipment and output.
