Which variety of Moringa is it? PKM-1, PKM-2, KM-1 or Local Traditional? Did you buy the seeds/plants from a reliable source? Where is your farm located? What kind of atmosphere around? Is there any severe pollution around especially of sulphur fumes from industries? How dense is flowering and what is rate of flower falling? Did you properly prune the plant when it was 90 cm in height? How old are the plants?
Need complete information to find out what is the reason for such a situation. Anyway try this.
Definitely there is nutrient deficiency. Complete mulching around the plants with green leaf, dry leaf or hay or coco peat. Maintain the moisture level around the plants. Muringa is a great water drinker. So, never allow the soil to go completely dry up. Make a proper mixture of cow dung (preferably of desi cow) and cow urine (10:1 ratio), and add 10 times water and mix it with at least 5 varieties of pulses-any pulses (powder)-10 gm each, and add double quantity of water and add one litre of milk and mix properly and pour around the plants-100 to 200 ml for each plant.
