cultivation of aloe vera

Sir,
I am interested in cultivation of Aloe vera and olive tree my land is in alwar district of Rajasthan. I would like to know what is the variety which should be grown how is the market demand for aloe vera in that region and what is the price that i can get out of it per quintal.
