I have 14 acres of coconut plantation in Karnataka near Chitradurga about 200 km from Bangalore on Bangalore Pune Highway.I am interested in giving this plantation on contract farming.

14 acres coconut can be managed by some local person on understanding basis and not by any one staying far off. Hence you should try locally.What you are trying is leasing the coconut farm . Contract farming means you manage and other person buys and may supply some inputs.
