Consultant required - woman entrepreneur

Looking for a consultant who can help in getting an agriculture land , setting up the farm (flowers and vegetables).

This is by a woman entrepreneur. Hence, someone who can get the subsidies for a woman entrepreneur and loans for the same would be great.

Preferred location - Tamil Nadu.
