Consultant Needed

Hi,

I have 5 acres of fertile land near Pune @ 50 kms, towards Shirur. It has good source of water. I need to start cultivating the same. Can any consultant help me in setting up the farm and preferably manage it? Are any agencies/consultants who do the same? What should I plan if I am planning to be an "absentee-farmer". What cultivation is suitable? Please let me know and provide any references in terms of reading material, contacts, etc.
